usually connect to iTunes iPod! please help?
My iPod: -16 gb Touch first generation firmware-date up-to-ipod (2.2.1 I think) My team: "Only iTunes v 8.1.1.10 update I get the error "iTunes can not connect to ipod" ipod "because an invalid response was received from the device" I tried restarting both my ipod and my computer, but also did not work, my ipod worked on my computer friends, but when I plug in mine, it gets the I did some reading error by searching google and i deleted the folder: "C: \ Documents and Settings \ Owner \ Application Data \ Apple Computer \ Lockdown" and before the error of my iPod when I plug in the era "iTunes can not connect to the iPhone" "because an invalid response was received from the device "Somebody knows what I have to do?
Here is a list of things to do: 1. You may want to turn the iPod off and back on, and after is you must connect to the computer with iTunes is already open. 2. If that fails, try to get out of Itunes and re-enter it. 3. Check the configuration Itunes, make sure everything is authorized by his team. 4.Go to the Apple website and ask for help, if all else fails. I hope I have been a little help, but unless your computer or iPod is broken, there's not much else to do but call apple. I hear people would not mind to help the least.
