why wont my ipod touch apps work?

Every time i plug my ipod touch into the laptop (macbook) the apps wont work until i uninstall one of them and reinstall it. The apps go on but exit themselves after a few seconds. I have the latest version (iPhone 3.0) and have tried restoring the ipod.. is there any way i can stop this happening? :/

They’re all bought from the App store, all updated as much as they can be, and all say they are compatible with iPhone OS 3.0… the ipod touch is new and the apps only downloaded yesterday. They work fine as long as i don’t connect the ipod to the computer, after that they wont work as they switch on for a couple seconds before switching off again, the thing is it happens to all of them not just 1 or 2.

It sounds like you need to update your iTunes software. Click check for updates in iTunes ( the latest I believe is 8.2 untill about te 9th then it’s 9) and install the software. Resync your iPod and it should be fine.
