How come every time I jailbreak my iPhone, if I turn it off or restart it, it doesn’t turn back on?
Everytime I jailbreak my iPhone (3GS), it works fine. Cydia is installed and I download installous, so I can download all the paid apps for free. However, if I let the battery run out or download some applications from Cydia that require me to reboot the iPhone, the phone will just freeze and not work anymore 99% of the time. Then, I have to put it back in recovery mode and restore it on iTunes. After that, I have to rejailbreak it because once you restore it it is no longer jailbroken. All the apps and sources that I got from jailbreaking are gone and I have to reinstall them all over again. The whole process can take over an hour. I’ve done this so many times, so does anyone know a way that I can prevent this?
I have the exact same problem! I haven’t come up with a solution, but thought it was called Recovery Mood Loop, which I haven’t been able to do.
