They often joke with my new client that we (the mobile phone companies) with respect to the mobile phone bills just to confuse difficult for them to see exactly what is charged.

If you often have difficulties give meaning to the fees and charges that appear on your mobile phone bill, so perhaps I have added information below will help you to obtain a better understanding of how to accurately read and decipher your account.

• How to determine your phone mobile call rates

Probably 80% of satisfied customers do not have a clear understanding of their mobile phone tariffs call or what they think they are paying and what they are responsible are two completely different things! To calculate your rate of mobile steps as follows:

Flagfall is a "single" rate applied at the beginning of a phone call whenever you "connect" with someone (or some thing) to the other end. In short – if you do a phone call and someone (or something) answers, you are charged flagfall. If no one answers and the "echo" flagfall no fee applies. Many customers ask, "What if I concentrate message from someone, I'm still flagfall charges? "and the answer is" yes. "In this scenario your mobile phone call still connected to something the other end, so flagfall and call costs apply.

• Check all your account

So as you can see there are many variables that must be considered when attempting to establish precisely what you and your company is charging for mobile calls.
