If I have an unlocked iPhone w / warranty, how do I get it repaired or replaced by Apple?
"I can take it there, with a install new operating system, and there is no SIM card in it? Actually I have my old ATT sim card, but no service on it. Would that be ok? Or, I have a friend with ATT and iPhone, I can give my phone and he can go to the store to take care of it with your SIM? All this is theoretical, if you are having problems. Thanks! Any ideas appreciated. Do not just say, it is unlocked so no warranty.
You will have to do a fresh install of OS 3.1.3, you can take without sim card, no problem. but you need to carry an Apple store, not an AT & T store .. AT & T is not compatible with the warranty:)
