custom iPhone ringtone not working?
i made a custom ringtone on itunes and then downloaded it on my iphone. i then went into settings/sounds and checked the custom ringtone that i made and made sure that vibrate was turned off. however, when i get calls, nothing happens. i can see that im receiving a call, but there is no sound and silent mode isn’t on. can u please help?
