Belkin G wireless help?
I have a Belkin G Wireless router in my dorm & when i moved it my internet wouldn’t work again. I thought I needed the disc it came with to remake a new internet connection I’m still not 100% sure if that’s correct. I plugged in my router & everything is light up except the globe that says it has internet. I believe my dorm mate made an internet thing from the router but it says our access is local only. In order to get online it has to say local & internet or w.e So what can I do to basically get back online using only my Belkin G wireless router, the cables, & my laptop because I no longer have the disc it came with. Thx
The problem is probably not with Belkin, but with your service provider. You need to call the company you get your internet from. They will help you configure your router.
