Dlink Wireless Webcam(remote access question)?

I have a….
1. westell 6100 modem (verizon)
2. Belkin Pre-N wireless router
3. Dlink 950 G wireless camera

My modem has router capabilities, and is currently being bridged to my wireless router. I opened the specified ports on my Belkin Pre N wireless router, but it will not let me acess it remotely. I spent hours with Verizon, Belkin, and D-link, to which none helped suceed in remotely acessing my camera. I followed all directions. I downloaded Network Magic to help set up remote access but it says it detects 2 routers between my computer and Internet and will not let me do it. My modem is bridged…can anyone help?

Seems you need to set the port forwarding, but I don’t see that the Belkin router this feature:

The Westell 6100 modem on the contrary has it: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Westell/Westell6100/default.htm
