belkin n1 wireless router use as access point

Decent size Network – with lag spikes.?

Im currently running a decent size home network and experiencing some lag spikes, even when playing games purely through LAN not internet. I’m currently running on the network: Imac 24″ top end specs, Macbook Pro 17″ top end specs, Time Capsule 500gb (using as a wireless router), HP printer (wireless connection), Netgear access point, Belkin N1 wireless router, 2 laptops and 1 normal pc. It’s not a constant lag and i’ve tried cutting down on which routers i have on and connecting throughout the house but lag spikes are still there, even with cable plugin or wireless and only 2 people in the game. Please Help!
Ive tried to turn off devices that arent in use.
and routers restarted.

Power OFF devices NOT used by games.
