Can i get software for a Belkin Wireless G+ Mimo router?
I seem to have misplaced the installation CD, can i donwload the spftware?
Yes, and if you need to, all the downloads for that router are at the link below. you will want to download the manual, at a minimum.
however, you normally don’t need software to install a router – as long as you have a wired connection to a router, you can configure it through your web browser. To do this,
first: open a command prompt (start, run, cmd).
second: at the prompt, type “ipconfig /all” then press enter.
This prompt will display two important pieces of info – the address assigned to your computer by the router, and the address of the router itself (the “default gateway”). Now, open a browser window.
Once you have the router’s IP address, open up IE, then type in that address in the address bar. this will connect you to the home page for logging into the router and configuring it. Some routers ship with a default password, but Belkin routers in the past have shipped with no password – you could just click login on the first screen to make changes to the settings of the router.
