please help me on two subjects to do with laptop and computer?
my first is of my laptop i craccked the screen and some of the lcd has leaked so theres like a line of solid black at the top but ive noticed the crack has gone down towards the bottom now how can i stop it spreading and not go solid black for the time being should i not close it or move it ? also how much will it cost to get it fixed people have said buy a second hand one and get my dad to replace it himself where can i get a cheap lcd screen for a dell inspiron 1318 please help me ? also i have a pc it works for when this finally goes . but when i turned it on i noticed no internet connection i have a belkin n1 wireless router and only came with the router itself no adapters for computer as my pc dosent have wi fi what can i do to solve that is it possible to get an adapter for the belkin n1 router ? thanks
my modem is downstairs and my comp is upstairs ??
With regards to your laptop, it’s never worth getting major repair works (unless you own a REALLY high spec laptop) as it usually costs more than the laptop itself. You can plug any old monitor into the back of your laptop to use as a temporary replacement.
You dont need an adaptor you simply need a Ethernet cable to connect your router tothe back of your PC.
