belkin wireless router login address

Need to retrieve a MAC address from a computer that doesn’t work?

Earlier I was doing port forwarding on my Belkin Wireless G router, but I set a password with it and it didn’t take the password and kept saying “Login Error !!” even though it was the right pass. So anyway, I had to reset it to factory settings, and it lost the MAC address used with the modem, because the original PC that was installed with it doesn’t work. Is there any way to find it without getting it fixed?
Ok, I wasn’t too specific with this question. The modem only works when connected with a device with the same MAC address when it was first installed, right? So the first time I installed the router, that’s when the computer worked, and was able to clone the MAC address. But since then the computer doesn’t even work (does not boot, only the fan turns on) and I just reset the router to default settings, so it doesn’t have the MAC address, therefore it can’t connect through the modem. Yes, the network port is built into the motherboard :( I think I’m screwed on this one.

Even if the computer doesn’t work, it will usually boot up up before you get to windows. Turn on the computer, and pay close attention to the screen and look for something similar to “Select other boot options” (on a Dell computer it will say press F12). After pressing that button, you can select to boot up on a LAN (or a Onboard NIC). After you select this option, you will see the MAC address pop on the screen after waiting a small while. When you see the MAC address, press the PAUSE button on the keyboard.

Another option is to try plugging it into the router, and you will usually see it popup in the list of DHCP clients in the router. Along with the list of clients you will see its MAC address.
