Anyone got an Apple MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo connecting to secure wireless router using WPA?
I have older Apple Mac G4 and G5s connecting reliably to the Belkin Broadband Voice Modem/Router – wireless 4 port Part # F1PI241EGau (Australia). The new Core 2 Duo has a different wireless card to the older Macs. With the new one I can only connect if I turn off all security or just use ethernet address filtering and with SSID broadcast. It seems other people are having the same problem.
Why not try WEP over WPA? Just a suggestion but I can’t really help cause I don’t have a MacBook or iBook… Sorry =(
