Belkin g security code?
I use a Belkin wireless g router recently bought an HP laptop. Will not let me connect to the Internet, because it says that the security key is incorrect. I never had to use a password / security key to connect to my other laptop, iPod touch, etc. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or where to find the security code?
You have to login to your router and find the security code this can be done in any web browser. Youll have to find out what the IP address of the router is to go to a computer already connected to the router. Click "Start" then "Run." In the Run dialog type "cmd" and press Ender, once the command prompt opens type "ipconfig". The default gateway is the IP address of your router, simply type the number where you normally type a URL Website on your favorite Web browser. If not use the xp you do not have a career, type "cmd" into the search bar in the start menu and press enter.
