Wireless router problem?

Hi =)
Ok i have a belkin wireless g router, virgin media broadband, motorala modem, a wired computer running xp and a wireless laptop running vista.
I can connect to the internet from the wired connection via the router on the main pc (which has the modem connected to it) but the ‘internet’ light is off on the router, meaning that i can connect to the router on the laptop but not to the internet.
And also, i can’t access the ip address setup page for the router it says ‘network timeout’

I think there is a problem in the way you have them all connected. Make sure your router is connected to the modem via an ethernet cable, then connect your pc to the router using another ethernet cable. I think your router does not get internet because it is not connected to the modem properly. Check on that, then you should be able to get through to the router page.
