Wireless router help?
My kids all want to be on the network at the same time, and I'm tired of running cables throughout the house. I am dumb …. If I buy a wireless router I have no plan to change my ADSL broadband wireless? Do I have to buy a new modem or the router come with it? I'm in Australia – any suggestions on how best to buy.THNKS
What you need is a wireless router to connect to your ADSL modem and a wireless network adapter for each computer you want to connect to a wireless router. Your connections should look like this: Online-Phone Cable DSL Ethernet DSL modem WAN routers RHE (Internet) Puerto Then after you configure the router to connect to your ISP would install wireless network adapters on computers and that's it. I always recommend D-Link products myself, because there user friendly settings.
