Best Wireless Router….?
I have the Netgear 54Mbs wireless router, and I was wondering wich one is the best for my Xbox 360 and my laptop. My 360 is plugged directly into my router. I was lookin at the D-Link Xtreme N. Would that be a good one….

I need a new one for 2 reasons mainly…
1)For some reason, there are some ppl I cant talk to on Xbox Live, or I can join them online
2)My security Feature on my Netgear wont allow me to access my work e-mail or system.
What are you trying to accomplish? Have you got any 802.11n wireless cards in any of your equipment?
Your internet connection is 6mbps at the highest. 802.11b (the slowest wireless connection) operates at a maximum of 11mbps, which would still be more than enough for anything you’re doing online. The 802.11g router you have is certainly adequate. The only reason to get a new router is if your current one isn’t working any more or all of your other equipment is capable of 802.11n speeds and you’re doing a ton of network file sharing between computers in your own house.
The router you linked to looks fine, yes. The Apple Airport Extreme is the best consumer level 802.11n router on the market. The range is incredible and it’s got the nicest user interface for non-geeks, in my opinion. http://www.apple.com/airportextreme/
