What wireless routers are best for macs?
I have 2 pc’s connected ethernet and one macbook pro that is ALWAYS having issues with my Linksys WRK54G wireless router. Linksys, when I AM able to contact tech support, doesn’t support Macs. Is there a company who supports both macs and pcs?
The apple airport extreme supports both macs and pcs. there is software on the cd to configure them from either. it works great with macs. linksys is terrible with mac. dlink and belkin also work fairly well. 2wire is the worst. it is all about who adheres to the standards the best. But I love the airport. Can use it to print wirelessly and also access hard drives wirelessly and it is a steal with gigabit ethernet
