best wireless usb adapter for gaming?
I currently have an Airlink101 usb wireless adapter and i got it to work on Windows 7 (ive had it for a long time, but just moved and also reformatted my comp to windows 7).
The router is literally like 15 feet away, but it is in the next room over. And i get huge lag spikes about every 5-10 minutes while i am playing counterstrike.
Anyone know of any good wireless adapters that work on windows 7 and wont keep lagging out when i play? I am not looking to spend a whole lot…especially since the router is barely 15 feet away, and my family’s laptops work fine from across the house.
btw…im not stupid and i know what im doin…
im gaming on a desktop..im just saying that the laptops that my family has works fine from across the house.
and obviously if i had the choice of the wired network, id use it. So please dont give me a dumb answer acting like i know nothing
