I have a wireless network settings i can connect to the network to any problem but I can not upload?
I have two routers connected wireless to my computer the first is a D Link and the other is a somewhat BT are wireless, the configuration of all PCs in the home network can connect through my settings present no problem, but none like mine are able to upload anything, for example, attach documents to email or upload photos, etc. .. I tried to disable firewall and antivirus in an attempt to reduce what caused but it has not worked, can anyone suggest anything I could try, it is indeed Windows XP Home ed.
When you send an email with an attachment, the attachment is encoded in the body of the email via MIME. If you can not send an email with an attachment such, it is unlikely that the router is the problem unless there is some kind of SMTP proxy in it (and I am aware any that do). If you try to send e-mail and does not succeed, you should receive an error code telling you what the problem is. If you can send, but the attachment is missing when it arrives, you likely have a problem with setting up your email client (in the transmitter, receiver, or both ends). If you send an email to yourself to be uploaded to the mail server and then get back to you, you can open the properties of the message and a source view to see if the MIME attachment is there or not. If not there, then you have a problem at the sending end. If it is there, the problem configuraiton with your message is read. Of course, you may also have some limitations for their email provider. Should be consulted with one supplier.
