PS2 Wireless?

I have 3 floors in my house, the basement floor and upper floor front. My router (D-Link DI-624 wireless router 108 Mb) in upstairs and my PS2 is in the basement. If I was to connect the PS2 to a wireless bridge (The D-Link Xtreme G Wireless Bridge (DWL-G810) will be stronge Singel or weak. What if I were to take the PS2 to the ground floor? Any differeces and recommendations? PLZ HELP

I would put on the same floor as the ps2. Intensity signal is greatly affected by the height and distance so the closer the better. if your PS2 online now very weak signal would be felt very slow connection.
