Windows XP wireless can not connect to Netgear wireless router, why?
I have a sony vaio that has been formatted the system to its state original. The only problem with this laptop is that you can not connect to my Netgear wireless router. Efforts continue to obtain access. However, the Strangest of all, you can either connect to other networks. Only my NETGEAR router is that you can not connect. How I can solve this problem?
You should check to see what kind of encryption on your wireless router NETGEAR is running. Some wireless cards built into laptops are not capable of WPA2 encryption. You should also update the drivers for the wireless card to the latest version. This may solve your connection issues.
