NETGEAR Wireless-G Router internet connection to two computers?
I’ve recently just bought a new computer and I bought a wireless router. I’ve set up the internet modem and router to the new comp… but I’m not sure how to make my old computer connect to the internet, I see ports.. butI thought it was suppose to be wireless?
this is why you ask questions before you buy.
a wireless router is just a basic router with wireless capabilities. but you need a wireless computer as well, for example…a laptop would be able to connect wirelessly, but not a desktop, desktops need cat5 Ethernet cables, OR you can buy the wireless usb, or pci adapters made for this.
