How to Connect a PC to a Wireless router ?
I already have 1 pc connected (hard wire) to a wireless router and the router is sending a signal to my laptop… Cool. … but for my office upstairs I don’t have an internet connection, can I run the new computer off of the same router? If so what do I need?
Yes you can, you will need a wifi card for the computer upstairs if it doesn’t have one already.
You should configure your router to make sure that it is secure, but we would need to know the make and model number to help you with that.
