SRS vs. Dolby sound?
SRS vs. DOLBY What is the difference between SRS Surround Sound and Dolby sound. What is the best to know LCD TVs. Please note that the previous version of LCD TVs are using the SRS and the latest LCD TVs are using DOLBY sound (especially Samsung). reason please.
SRS is generally used for virtual surround sound. Create a 5.1 "sound" with only two speakers. Dolby equivalent is "Dolby Virtual Speaker" HD transmissions http://www.dolby.com/consumer/understand/enhancement/index.html includes a flow Dolby-encoded bits.
