linksys wireless router access page

I can access internet from our wireless laptop, but on the same laptop, my wife cannot; why?

I install a new Linksys N Ultra Rangeplus Router. I can access internet on our wireless laptop. But when my wife signs on to the same laptop in her own account, she cannot access internet (alway “page is not available”). What might be wrong and how to correct?

As the computer administrator you need to set up the connection for all users.
