Linksys wireless router set up?
I have this Linksys wireless router (model number WRT54GS version 6) of my friend, but he had no installation CD or anything. It was the default IP on its website but does not work when I tried. I followed your instructions on resetting the device, but not reset. Everything you need to do is to restore this thing and get into the role of web-based administration (I can not find a way to enter him). I tried using the command prompt and type ipconfig / all, default gateway, but it was empty. Or I want to find the installation CD this, if that's on the internet somewhere. All I could find was the BIN file for a driver, which is not really a driver. So if someone could help solve this problem to appreciate.
There are no drivers for a router. It is unlikely that the installation CD will be pointless. It can provide a graphical interface, but has nothing special to him. Is your friend using a third party firmware? If you can not reset it, you may have to send it to enter recovery.
