How do I set up this IPCam with the gateway and router that I have already?
How do I set up the Airlink101 AIC250W Wireless Camera through my current DSL service with a Netopia 3300 Series ADSL gateway and a Linksys WRT54G router so that I am able to see videos from my camera installed at my shop even I am sitting in front of my computer at home? I have tried many times forwarding the port 81 (as the manual has, by default, guided me to) on my Linksys router to 192.168.1.240 which is the IP address of the camera, but I still can’t view any video from the camera when I am using a computer outside that local network. Is there any other port or anything I haven’t done that prevents me from viewing? Would there be any tricks in setting up these that I do not know? I need to fix the problem as soon as possible. you first set your cam in the usb and you go to
my couputer and go to usb drive andclick it
or if not go to my removel disk and click or go to
airlink cam set up
