Windows 7 D-Link DWA-125, D-link router?

I have spent at least 5 wireless adapters in the last 2 weeks, and after getting off the phone Dell, Belkin, D-Link, Microsoft, Linksys and customer support, I landed in the DWA-125, who agreed to support the client works perfectly with Windows 7, although I have found no confirmed evidence of compatibility. I have no knowledge of standard network adapter, so will a wireless D-Link will work with an AT & T 2wire router? In addition, I have no idea if my network is "N" or "G" this is a "150" adapter I'm assuming somewhere between the two, has a "N" only work with the adapter and "N" network, and similarly for "G"? or does that really matter, ie speed and signal range. (My kind of networks is 2 semesters away, I'm very excited about it that I have to ask) Thanks in advance, Chris

Hey, Windows 7 am in my current PC and I was wondering about exactly the same thing. I'm really going to get this product and try to use it. I respond by saying if it worked or not. And yes it should work on the router. If you are unsure about the type of router (G or N), then think of how old he is. If it's more likely is a new router N. If you're like a year and a half year old, then it is probably a G. N USB adapters continue to work with G routers, but G USB adapters DO NOT work with routers N. I hope this helps and ill reply to this email to tell if it works or not. :)
