Linksys WRT45GS Setup CD?
I have a Linksys wireless router WRT45GS version 6, but I lost the installation CD and I recently reset my router to change all settings to factory default. I can not find the installation CD and I was wondering if anyone knew where could buy or download the CD set up. Thanks I tried to do the quick installation of the Linksys website but for some strange reason my router is not detected.
Do you know how to connect everything? if so, do the following: 1. connect the router to your computer, modem, etc just do all connections. 2. turn on the router, assuming the PC is running and 3. you should see the icon of the local area network that says "connected." Internet Explorer this open and type "192.168.0.1" hint: do not forget the dot (.) between the numbers 4. this should lead to the creation of pages and just follow the wizard. might be prompted for the username and password and if everything was back to the factory settings of the user name and password is "admin" "Admin" enjoy
