WRT54GS Wireless-G: i go thru the add another computer (laptop) setup, internet works, stops working next day
im using linksys router WRT54GS Wireless-G for my home. 1 desktop and 2 laptops. desktop and gateway laptop wireless internet work fine but my dell stops connecting to the internet everyday.
i have to connect my laptop to the router and connect to http://www.linksysfix.com/ela/ , download the add a computer set up. my laptop works fine after i do this but the very next day i am unable to connect to the internet on my dell laptop and have to go thru the same process of connecting my laptop to the router and going to http://www.linksysfix.com/ela/.
the view available networks still shows my network and the my status shows that im connected but when i try a web site i cant connect

IF you are connected then check the ipaddress of the computer first.
open command prompt
type ipconfig /all
some time it is an auto configuration ipaddress
some thing like 169.254.x.x
this will be the reason why you are not connected to web.
check the Internet explorer it self
if you have the latest IE 7 then reset it
click tools > Internet options > advanced tab
click Reset
some times IE 7 gives lot of trouble even after resetting it .
remove Windows Internet Explorer 7 from add/remove programs .
