linksys wireless router speed booster

Im trying to install a wireless router PLZ Help!!!?

So i have bought a WRT54GS linksys wireless-G broadband router with speed booster from friend and i dont know how to install it. How do i install the router to my Windows Vista PLZ HELP!!!

Here is the physical connections.
-Cable from Wall to Cable or DSL Modem
-Ethernet cable from Modem to the WAN (Internet) Port of the router
-Ethernet cable from the routers ethernet ports to the ethernet port of your computer (the wired connection is needed just to configure the router the first time. After it is configured you can disconnect the ethernet cable from the router to the computer and go wireless.

After you have it connected you will need to configure it. Here is the user guide for your router. Follow the setup instructions in it step by step.

Fter that you should beable to connect to the internet. Just disconnect the computer from the router now.

Install or turn on the wireless adapter for your computer and connect wirelessly to the router and that should be it.
