How I can change the SSID is linksys wireless router password to model type G # wrt54g to cable modem.
based on coupling of responses changed my ssid now I can not connect my network! I have to reinstall and restore ssid each time before you can connect to the network. Pleasse help two the answers that I was asked to enter the Linksys typing 192.168.1.1 in the browser address bar in my work .. Thanks
Log into the Linksys typing 192.168.1.1 into the address bar of your browser and type the username and password if you have already set that up. If not leave blank user and type admin password. Wireless tab you'l see wireless network name (SSID) after entering a new SSID save (Save Settings). Remember what you wrote, you must connect your computer to the router.
