Internet adapter Netgear Wireless router connected to the Internet, but my computer is not?

"How I can fix this? Is there any way to adjust my IP address for each connection to match?
The best thing that can solve his problem is restarting the two units. And one last thing you may be able to do is release and renew your IP. Worjk If not then there may be a conflict somewhere.
