netgear wireless router and modem

NETGEAR wireless modem router – help talktalk!?

i got my netgear wireless range of up Modem Router PCWorld today, everything related well, but I could not go online because my talktalk didn't let me, I had to put some ip, but nothing worked. anyway, I decided to reinstall it, so first uninstall then put the cd again. but then when I went to save it (where it is stored) kept saying error and then closed it. I'm really worried, PCWorld let me change the product or give my money? thanks

Yeh do not know if your setup is (It is said in the instructions or the back of the router) is a more netgears 192.168.01 of the Internet browser. after you enter your data on talktalk and allow wireless devices you want to accept for example..Laptop/Pc/Ps3 or what Whether you have.
