Netgear DG834G v2 wireless upgrade compatible? Read the details?
Read the details to know what your ANSWER! Read all so you know what I know + There are specifications on what I really want to know. I'm sick of people do not respond correctly simply want to know if the Netgear DG834G v2 router is able to update your firmware over the air instead of cables. It is connected to the computer, and I can update through the computer if necessary. I DO NOT CARE If it is not safer, but I would like to know why, assuming that i can guarantee 100% without interference. I want a simple yes or is not compatible, and possibly a source of proof that is so. NO LINK TO THE SITE NETGEAR ME, I looked THE DETAILS OF THE PRODUCT! None specified nothing to do with firmware upgrades is done wired or wireless!
Unless you want the modem brick always flash the firmware through a direct cable connection LAN. The reason? Your Mobile can be cut to half of the upgrade process – when this happens, the modem is essentially a paperweight. Use a cable. End of story.
