How do I get my wireless router to work without ethrenet connected to my computer?
I have a Netgear wireless router and I managed DG834Gv2 to operate as cable modem through ethrenet, but how I can be truly mobile. My laptop has built in wireless.
it should be a broadcast signal. If its not, then look in a switch box. If no, see the user manual and try to change configuring the router. Go to your browser and type 192.168.xx or 127.0.0.1 based on the manual to see how to access the settings.
