No, not you. Connect the netgear router to the modem to the computer and broadband internet. Now if this is a used router that you need to reset by holding in the reset button on the back for 10 seconds. Let it go and will be reset. On the computer open Internet Explorer. In the URL type 192.168.1.1 Bar, this will lead a sign on the screen username: admin and password: password for most NETGEAR models. If this fails you may have to search the site NETGEAR for your model.
