Help accidentally Reset Router – Netgear?

So basically my dad was in the PC the other day and the internet was very slow, so that instead of changing the Netgear router on the wall and wait 30 seconds, pulled the power cord plugged in and then again, thus resetting. floor top I have an Xbox and PC, both connected to Wireless Internet adapter and reset it worked before, but now none of them can find our network!
