wireless router problems?
I can not seem to follow these instructions ……….. Configuring a Netgear wireless router for your computer may done in several easy steps. Materials needed: – Netgear wireless router – broadband connection – a team that supports wireless networking or has a wireless network adapter Step 1 Unplug the modem. Connect the Netgear wireless router to the modem. Step 2 Obtain the network cable that should have come with the Netgear wireless router package and plug one end into the computer and the other in one of the ports on the Netgear wireless router that is not marked as WAN, WLAN or the Internet. Step 3 To launch an Internet browser and type the following into the address bar: http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1. The value changes are determined by the number router model. ……………. So uummmm STEP 3 How I can launch a web browser if I have no internet connection? someone can enlighten me hope .. Thanks
You do not need a network connection to open a web browser. The connection is only necessary when you want to load a website in the browser …
