netgear wireless router reset wep key

The username and password for my Netgear router does not work?

I lost my wep key for my wireless network and when I did in the past I went to 192.168.0.1 and type admin and password and it worked. It is not working well now. Im using an ethernet adapter called "en2" which is a USB, as the ethernet cable does not seem to send a normal connection. Never reset the password myself, help?

I think your going to have hard reset it. Get a pen and paste in the back of one of the pins. Hold for 1 minute. Then it will be back to its factory settings and you have to do all and security settings from scratch again. Hope that helps ..
