Why is my Westell DSL modem to my router settings screen?
Well, I have this setting some new spending with a modem Westell DSL (provided by CenturyTel) and a Netgear wireless router. I have to change some settings on my router, so use your IP address, 192.168.1.1, right? Well guess what! Instead of letting me see my router configuration, the modem opens the page that I absolutely do not need. Any ideas? Disconnecting the modem and router connected leaving does not work …
also try typing in "http://192.168.1.1" or "http://192.168.0.1"
