well i forgot my password for my wireless internet so I reset my router but now its insecure and need help?
Not I know how they do it safe again and i dont know how to set a password plz help! the more detailed the better my type of router is "netgear WGT624 v4 "
Im guessin u have coz ive sky I have exactly the same router with the sky. What u have to do is access ur router ur entering the IP address that should be 192.168.0.1 (enter this web page where the address is) and then a sign should appear asking for a username and password is admin (User name) and sky (password). Then in the menu (should be on the left side) click on wireless settings and then at the bottom, no must have a heading called 'Security Options', they choose' WPA-PSK (Wi-Fi Protected Access Pre-Shared Key). Then below that must have a title called "Security WPA-PSK encryption. Beside that enter any password or you want, click Apply and close the session. Hope this helps mate.
