Cox High Speed …. wireless router slow down my connection speed?

I have high speed .. Cox Communications is a company in most West / midwest …. anyways my NETGEAR wireless router that slow down your .. 54 mbps … Would it be better to go to a belkin 108 mbps?

first all wireless routers will slow down the original connection speed, there is nothing we can do about it. If you get a router with more than mbp then yes increase your connection speed and run faster.
