What is the best home wireless router to get?
My faithful netgear finally kicked the bucket after years of service so I jumped online to research for a new one. (I had issues with a d-link in the past,so I didn’t want to go through that again…) But the techies all say get this one and the user reviews all swear those ones suck! The techies say you gotta upgrade to ‘n’ but the reviewers all say they have trouble with compatibility. So basically, I guess. What should I get? What is the least of all the evil routers out there.
I run a fairly basic home network. One desktop (Dell–technically it’s a laptop, but considering it has to be plugged in, the wireless card has failed, and it’s connected to a external screen…) One laptop (an HP Mini that I bought about a month ago) and my iPod touch. What’s the best for me? I need easy setup and would love it if I didn’t have to reset it every other day. Also, I like to watch Netflix movies online. So someone help me out??
You can again buy a netgear router, because it is the cheapest of all branded routers and also it is very reliable. I have been using netgear for the past 2 years and have never had a single problem.
