downloading software for netgear wireless router?
I am trying to download the software for wireless-G router wgr614. Every time I try I get a message that says -The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel. I have tried to download it with the router hooked up and without it hooked up. I am downloading the software from the internet because I lost the disk could that be the reason? Please help!
You do not need any special software or Disk.
Call NetGear’s Tech Support line. They will help you.
FYI: You likely downloaded the Router Firmware update, and you don’t want to play with that!
