As Marco has stated, your router doesn’t need a driver!

All routers need to be configured but they do not need drivers installed on your computer as would an adapter or network card!

Here is a DIRECT link to the PDF manual

http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2176

(You may get the bar at the top of your browser that has to allow the download of the manual.)

To setup your router, connect an ethernet cable from your machine to the router. Power on the router, power on your machine (in that order) Then open your web browser and in the address bar enter
http://www.routerlogin.net you will be prompted for a username and password use “admin” for the username and “password” for the password. You can then configure the router.

The CD that netgear packs with the router, is not needed at all. Its just an attempt to make things simpler for you but you don’t need it.
Just read this article
