I’m having an issue with my Netgear Wireless Router…?

I bought the WPN824 Netgear Wireless Router about a week ago, and the normal internet surfing works perfectly fine. EXCEPT, when I get email attachments (I use Yahoo Mail) and open the attachments…once it is scanned for viruses…99% of the time it then says “This page cannot be displayed” rather than the typical Open/Save prompt. One time it actually went through, which might make this even more difficult to answer. What could be the issue? I tried contacting HP (maker of my laptop) and they had me first disable my firewalls, and then update my BIOS and Wireless Driver, but that didn’t help. So, it must be a router issue, since I never had this problem when it was hardwired into the Modem. Does the router have a firewall that is preventing email attachments from opening? Or something else? Thanks in advance.

Try using a different browser – might be a browser quirk, especially if you are using internet explorer.
These browsers, are a lot faster, render pages better and more secure
