Blue “fuzz” on plasma TV?
We have a Samsung plasma TV and lastnight I was watching 300 (by the way–great movie) and sometimes like a blue fuzz would outline a picture or go across the screen. I set the plasma temperature at normal but it continued. I have to have a crystal clear image.

I’ve got two Samsung LCD TVs, 32 and 40 inch. They make excellent products and many other manufacturers use their panels. I am not familiar with their plasma TVs, but they provide a great customer service. Ring them and tell them what’s wrong.
In the meantime, turn the power off at the wall. Wait a few minutes then turn the power on again. Turn on the TV and go to menu or D.menu and select ‘system’ then RESET. You will probably have to enter the 4 diget security code which unless you’ve changed it is 0000 by default. You will then get a warning message. Press the coloured buttons in turn- red, green, yellow, blue.
This will return the TV to how it was set when it left the factory. This is only recommended when serious problems are experienced.
