Shaky picture on BRAND NEW plasma TV…can someone help, please?!?!?
I just bought a brand new 50″ Samsung plasma TV today and when I finally got it set up, the picture was shaky! I set up the digital cable box right and the HDMI cord is in there. It’s set up with a nice power strip too. We have tried to mess with the settings, but nothing seems to help. Does anyone know what to do?!?! PLEASE HELP! Thanks!!
Consumer Reports magazine says that 10% of all new tv’s will not work. You have 2 choices. If you call the authorized number for warranty work, the repairman will tell you what was wrong and you will get smarter about plasma and Samsung tv’s. But when i called the guy said he would be out in 6 days. too long to go without my tv and i paid a lot of money for it.
Most people pack it up and head back to the store where they bought it. They all have a policy of taking it back. Will it fit in your trunk..
